Digital Product Owners
We are looking to hire Digital Product Owners to join our clients’ teams in finance, retail, telco, and other industries in the Brussels area. We're accepting medior, as well as senior candidates. Candidates working on a freelance basis are eligible as well. It's our mission to match your skills and career aspirations with the right client and project. Additionally, we'll help you prepare for the client interview to help you land the job.
What are your key responsibilities?
- Taking the lead of a scrum team as the product owner.
- Defining the product vision, roadmap, and potential growth opportunities.
- Providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders.
- Creating and safeguarding the scope and requirements for projects.
- Collaborating with product management to create and maintain backlogs.
- Prioritizing stories, epics and themes to ensure focus and progress.
- Leading the product release plans setting up future deliveries.
- Doing what you can to make sure your team's sprint goals are consistently met.
- Researching and analyzing the market and its users.
- Keeping a close eye on competitors and the industry as a whole.
- Staying up-to-date with agile or scrum best practices or new trends.
Who are we looking for?
- You have previous working experience as a Product Owner.
- You possess an in-depth knowledge of agile development its principles.
- You've obtained a relevant master’s degree.
- You're fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
- You're an outstanding communicator, with presentation and leadership skills to boot.
- You possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- You're analytical, and can leverage your problem-solving skills effectively.
- You're a creative thinker with a vision
- You pay a lot of attention to details, after all the devil is often in them.
