What was the challenge?
The main goal was to launch a completely new website, improving both usability and accessibility for BNPPF's customers. The collaboration with BNP presented the challenge of creating a completely new website while simultaneously maintaining and updating existing platforms. From editing blog articles to managing newsletter mailings, the tasks within BNP's publishing team were highly diverse. In this context, our consultants occasionally had to challenge proposals that didn't align with the website's strategy. Leveraging their expertise with the new CMS, they clarified what was feasible and adapted the content to better serve its purpose.
What steps were taken?
- Implementing content with a new, efficient process to ensure that content was as close to final approval as possible upon receipt, minimizing the need for multiple revisions.
- Analysis of the stakeholders’ needs and solutions propositions.
- Testing and launch of the new website.
- Problem solving in case of technical issues.
- Maintenance of the website when it was launched.
What are the results
At the end of the journey, we delivered a new website that offers the user an accessible and lighter experience in terms of design and user journey. For two years the team documented their new working process. Today the future team members have access to a multitude of guidelines to become new experts as fast as possible. In this way we have a future proof approach of this new CMS. The complementary profiles of our consultants enabled them to collaborate effectively. Some of them were more into the collaboration with the IT team and the others were involved in new projects in which they needed to consider the new CMS features to adapt their way of working.
What did we deliver?
Building a Unified Digital Identity for BNPPF
BNPPF took the challenge of a transformative digital journey, resulting in the creation of a brand-new website built on strict guidelines. Our skilled publishing team needed to oversee the development of new content and optimize processes. The team minimized rework and ensured that all content aligned seamlessly with the technical capabilities of the CMS. They also have developed comprehensive guidelines and documentation to share the knowledge within the team, facilitate onboarding, and empower team members to uphold the brand’s digital consistency.
